In these 12 sessions we will walk together through discovery and create change through a proven plan of steps that make change inevitable and natural and maintainable.


About half way through these sessions you will receive a personalized mental rehearsal that you can listen to as a meditation. A mental rehearsal is your story formated and recorded as though you already walk in the truth of your goals. You can listen to this version of yourself whenever you need to recover you thoughts from the devils wiles.
